Erick was a pleasure to work with today. He was thorough in his explanation of all the services I completed for my vehicle. Any question I asked, he was happy to answer. Why am I punished for not being satisfied? Why do I need to discuss my disappointment with someone? Matthew was simply not engaging, luckily, I knew my way around. Additionally, he was unable to provide the fix for the January recall. Why do I have to waste time at Honda twice for your mistake. Not good problem, apparently, that's mine
