I am very pleased so far with Freeway Honda. To be honest, I typically go to Autonation Costa Mesa Honda. Recently, I had a rock hit my windshield and needed a replacement. I tried going through Costa Mesa Honda, and it was a very difficult process. I tried calling ahead of time for a quote, but no one answered from their service department. They then quoted me in person $2,200 for the windshield replacement. I then scheduled to come in to get it done tomorrow and was told last minute that they didn’t have it ready. They didn’t even present a solution, such as ordering it, etc. They just said they didn’t have it and were sorry. Trying to get an appointment lined up with them was like pulling teeth. Freeway Honda, however, has been a completely different experience. When I called today, I got a quote immediately, was immediately connected with a service advisor, and was able to put an order in for the windshield all in the same phone call. Nice job Freeway Honda folks! Whoever answers your phones for your service department should be commended!

Porter drove car recklessly by not coming to a complete stop before putting in reverse. He even left the car running.. as far as the service from service provider he was fine.
