Just for background, I had the longest week. My car got stuck in Solvang, 3 hours away from where I lived. It was the biggest challenge coming back as we had help from AAA and a truck to tow us 200 miles home. I was exhausted and scared about how much my car was going to cost and what issues may have caused this terrible experience. When I approached Michael, he was kind. The majority of the experience was great besides the beginning of it. When I mentioned my concerns about a recall my car has, after telling him my car type, he said there were no recalls for my car. He said this after typing in his computer for a bit, which was weird because I had recently got a letter about a car recall. When I mentioned I had also looked on the recall website provided and he immediately spoke about the recall issues (the fuel pump) without me having to bring it up. It made me feel like he was uninterested with my concerns and was intentionally ignoring my car issues. Despite his quick recovery (calling me about my car, being easy to contact, addressing further concerns after my car was looked at), I thought some sympathy would have gone a long way. Besides that, he was great.
