It would have been nice to have more status updates about my car either by text or in person (I was waiting in the waiting room). But otherwise I thought Jose was friendly and fair, and I appreciate him checking on my car and updating me when I asked.

My car was not serviced on time, when I requested and update, service was not completed yet and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. My wait was more than 3 hours for a simple oil change with an appointment when I arrived at 7:15am. Additionally the driver and front passenger seat were left dirty with stains. Not the first time it happens

Kenya was very attentive and caring. She let me know that the car was ready in a timely fashion, as well as arranging my shuttle rides efficiently. Overall, Kenya provided a very satisfying experience for me.

Michael Miranda is the best. Been going here for 5 yrs now and he always take care of me and our vehicle. Today was no different. From getting me Uber riides from and to, to making sure I’m satisfied with the service, staying past 5pm. Thank you Mike!
