Dropped off my vehicle around 9:40 am for just an oil change after having a scheduled appointment to attend to. Didn’t receive any update on my vehicle till about 2:40 p.m. That is only after contacting the dealership after 4 hour after dropping off my vehicle. I don’t realize why it would take 5 hours or more for a basic oil change. I’ve taken my vehicle in before for the same job on the weekend it has not even taken more then 3 hours to complete.
