Jose call me saying my vehicle was finished and I was okay thank you. I ask him if you can send a Uber to pick me up and Jose said okay. I waited 30 minutes to an hour to wait for the Uber. So I call Jose twice back but no answer. So I took action walk myself to pick up my vehicle from the dealership. When I got there Jose was no where to be found and I ask for my vehicle from the front desk. I was very disappointed about this visit because Jose and Honda didn’t keep their promise.

Oscar did an amazing job providing services. He was very communicative in letting me know about any services my car needed. He set up the van transportation for me and checked in which was extremely helpful since I left my car on site. He followed up on an additional part that my car needs.

I’ve been in twice this last week. Both Jose and Oscar were my service advisors. Both of them did well communicating with me. I felt like I was heard. Jose even took extra time to contact the dealer where I purchased my extended warranty and was able to find it, when I wasn’t. Oscar also helped explain part of what was done to my car that I don’t know that well, without making me feel stupid.
