I don’t know much about my car and I don’t know what my car needs. I felt that I could trust what Matthew at Freeway Honda told me about my CRV. He took the time and explained thoroughly the issue. I felt like I could trust the information he gave me and I learned about coolant leakage and AC.

I had sent an email to my service advisor and have not had any response back. That’s why I said “No” as far as not being completely satisfied. During the time of the visit I was taken care of but I did have a few questions regarding my visit when I came home and so I wrote an email to him and have not had any reply.
Yet another good interaction at Freeway Honda. Oscar Moguel was excellent again. My experience was the same as prior service calls, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I plan to bring my new Pilot to Oscar for its first recommended service. RV.
