I would have been better off going to the service advisor straight away instead of parts dept as indicated by the guy who came to help. I was supposed to get a phone call today, which never came. So I came in and spoke to the advisor and he arranged for me to come back later as the part won't be in. Hopefully it will be taken care that day.
5?hours in service dept and my car stalled on drive home

I brought my car in for service around 9:30 AM. The associate that helped me asked me when the latest I needed my car back after service was and I let him know that I needed it by 2 PM to get to work. I thought it was very sweet of him to ask and take note of that. 2 PM rolls around and I still have yet to hear anything about my vehicle although I reached out to inquire about the progress 15 mins prior. I work at 3 and I was reached out to about my vehicle around 2:30 and was not able to go pick it up. Luckily I was able to have someone else go get my car. I am not fully satisfied with my service because of the amount of time it took to complete my services and the fact that the associate asked when I needed my car by and I told them what time I needed it and it was not ready. Had I not had someone else go get it I would not have had a way of picking it up before closing time and I would not have been able to get to work tomorrow morning. I wouldn’t have schedule an appointment at 9:30 AM if I wanted to pick up my car the following day. I was inconvenienced and feel that it should not have taken 5hrs to complete services on my car. If my car was done prior to my reaching out to check on it (which I wouldn’t know and can’t prove, but still do believe it was done before 2) I am disappointed in the lack of urgency to reach out to customers and let them know about the progress of their service. I will not be having my car serviced at this location again. No need to reach out to me.
Everything was fine but please be careful when sending vehicle updates. I could have accidentally authorized another customer’s car for service.

Erick was great , quick and efficient.
Erick Zermeno was so helpful, courteous and understanding. My appointment was slotted to take 1.5 hours from 8:30-10ish. I ended up gettin my car back at around 2:15pm. I understand that a new machine was being installed but the estimated times to wait were so wrong and threw a wrench into my whole day. After talking to the manager about my frustrations he blew them off and told me I was being unfair for asking for discount/other incentives. The billing women were also helpful and the manager really left a negative impact on my experience.
