First time visit based on a recommendation from a family member. Greatest experience. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here and should I have any other family members or friends who are Honda owners I would recommend Michael and the service at freeway Honda. Please share my appreciation and thanks to Michael and Brian. An organization is only as good as its service team and from my experience today that was pretty darn great.

Erick was excellent and very responsive. He provided clear information and helped answer all my questions. There was an issue where the system appears to have automatically sent the wrong inspection report to me, which showed nearly $2,000 in recommended repairs that were actually for another vehicle. If I had panicked and approved the repair without asking questions, the work might have been authorized even though my car did not need those services. Erick responded quickly when I reached out and clarified the situation right away, explaining that the report was sent in error. I really appreciate Erick taking the time to respond promptly and make sure everything was correct. His professionalism and communication made the experience much better.
