Fui el 30 de mayo a servicio y avance un par de millas y prendió la luz de un neumático, fui ayer 3 de junio para k vieran cuál era el problema y solo le pusieron aire????y tuve k regresar hoy martes 4 de junio 7:00 am otra vez XK volvió a prender el censor????y perdi mi día de trabajo ???? porque lo tuve k dejar según hasta las 11:30 y hoy si lo revisaron lo k no hicieron Ayer ????y vieron el PROBLEMA POR FIN ????

I give Matthew’s customer service a A+. However, I have question for the mechanic service. On my way back home from the car maintenance, I started to see the sign of “tire pressure monitor problem”. If I did TPMS calibration, the sign will go away for 10-15 minutes before it appeared again. I am not sure if the mechanic made error during service or something. That is the only thing I am not quite satisfied about.
I’m always happy with Saib’s guidance, honesty and integrity when dealing with my auto service needs. I have 3 family Honda cars so my family’s safety is imperative to me. Saib advises me on urgency when something “must” be done and also lets me know about Recall issues that come from time to time.
