Oscar was friendly and my car service was completed quickly. The work cost more than I expected because of recommended additions to the scope of work; ie: changing the transmission fluid. Also, I was surprised that after spending $514, my car wasn’t washed.

My car’s service was apparently completed. I could see it from where I was sitting in the waiting room. After over 30 minutes I finally went in to ask why my car was just sitting there. And then then realized it was ready for pick up and had not told me. I wonder how much more time I would have wasted sitting there waiting for my car if I had not spoken up.

Very nice service tech and even informed me when I arrived about the recall of the fuel pump saying one had just arrived and they could install as I was having my service done! I was glad he brought this to my attention.
