This is the 2nd time that I had return to the dealership because they don’t update my car when I have service done. My last visit they didn’t put windshield wiper fluids in my car. So I had to go buy some and add it to my car. This last visit my car was not updated that I had an oil change and other things done do my car was showing that I needed to take it in for service. I think they are rushing to get cars out but not paying attention to complete everything.

Getting vehicle after service was confusing. I thought they would bring it to me at the pickup area but it was parked in a lot nearby. Not a problem but the process is not clear.

The Honda Civic 2020: the service was fine. One minor concern the Sun screen looks like it was a little bit stained with soda. Otherwise, I am very happy with the service.
