Kenya and the technician sold me a tire because they said that they can not fix a small hole in the center of the tire that was I big mistake the price was about 250 when just tires can fix it for 25 dollars I learned my lesson that do not go to freeway Honda because they are doing business to screw costumers not to help Good bye freeway Honda Luckily
The services manager was great and gave me my money back please send the technician to learn how to steal costumbres

I asked questions regarding my service and it didn't get replied. Transmission oil was not done properly they just added oil to it but wasn't flushed and clean like they said it would be when I asked its been years they been asking me for this and everything they asked I always asked to tell me in detail what they do and that did not get done they didn't even answer my question when they text me I have that in proved ! Seems like you guys just want to make money of course but the customer service is not so great!!!

Hello Dear, I visited during the service and they informed me that there was a problem with the ra w4 part and they said that it is under warranty for up to 12,000 km, while at the time of purchase and during the initial service, they told me that all parts are under warranty for up to 2 years or 3,000 km, this is a contradiction.
He is not nice enough to treat customers. don’t like him.but I’d like Honda and John s service
It was the worst service! Every time I go it’s the same thing. I was told 1 hour but I was there for two hours. I was not told that my Car was done, I had get up and go ask and all he was doing was sifting and laughing when he could have gotten up to come and tell me my. We is done instead he just sat there doing nothing .
