I have always bought Honda cars& brainwashed my boys to love ?? Honda products too. My service advisors at Freeway Honda are all wonderful especially Mr. Watthington ( hopefully I spell his name correctly ). Thank him zillions & Freeway Honda has service advisor like him.

How do you guys sell extended warranty but still charge $180 diagnostic fee in case the warranty does not cover. You guys should say that before a finance manager tells you that extended warranty will cover EVERYTHING including electrical.
