I drove all the way home, making various stops, with my hood unlatched. Definitely an unsafe condition. I only realized it when my alarm wouldn’t turn on after returning home from going thru the car wash!! Please double check this sort of thing before returning a vehicle to its owner. Otherwise, I appreciated the ride to and from home while my car was being repaired.

Every time I have Oscar as the agent, he says the car needs many fixes which are not true and some are not really that significant. It cost me so much when I just come in for just a simple oil change. So for that reason I am not happy with Oscar. I rather have someone else. Next time I will not accept his service.

Matthew was really helpful throughout the process and provided updates when my car would be ready. He also was able to help me get a loaner car so that I could be able to pick up my kids from school since my car was still not ready and still getting service.

We come from cypress especially because of his service. I’ve been to few other service centers however I feel taken care every time I come to Santa Ana.
I’m not sure of the reason but the repair that was done a year ago reoccurred again. Is this a service fault or just the faulty part itself, I can’t say. Regardless, I was notified of the issue and the issue was fixed on the same day.
