Michael made my experience seamless. I had to add on several repairs to a B1 dashboard code and Michael explained everything thoroughly, arranged a shuttle ride home, and helped me retrieve my car after paying for the repairs. Thank you Michael!

I purchased a new windshield on Sept 4th. I was double charged after you ran my credit card the times. I had to unfreeze my card with the bank. No response from Service of my part arrived. When I call to ask and set up an appointment I can't get through or leave a message. The operator doesn't answer the phone now.
