I was there just for somebody to check the paint of my car not really for service it was about 4 o’clock in Friday and just waiting for any of the advisers to come out to help me but it seems that nobody feels like coming so I decided to go in and ask somebody to help me then somebody did it , I don’t really remember her name , she was a young girl adviser very nice but my complaint is that somebody should pay attention to that some of them doing nothing and I understand it was a Friday everybody wants to go home and of course I want a go home too but I was there waiting for maybe 15 minutes or more and it was until my self asking for help and I’m sorry I don’t normally like to complain

My husband said that the service provider was rude. Normally, I take the car but the account is under both our names and the service provider didn’t take the time to ask what his name was and started to make rude comments like if the car was stolen or something.

This is the second time they have left a piece of aluminum that is located on the bottom of the car loose when they change the oil. They have to be more careful when performing a service. I had to go back to the dealership twice today and they ruined my day and my work time. I hope they take into account what happens. It can be dangerous for this type of situation to happen.

Brought wife’s 2024 Accord in for update. I had no appointment just walked in. Oscar said he would take care of the update and any warranty work needed. Kenya logged me in with vehicle and said it would only be about two hours. Waited just a few minutes and I had a courtesy ride back to my home. In less than two hours I received a text confirming that the wife’s 2024 Accord update and warranty work done by smart phone and ready to pick up. Kenya asked if I needed a ride and I said yes. I received a call in a few minutes from courtesy driver stating he would be at my residence in ten minutes. In exactly 10 minutes he picked me up and drove me back to Freeway Honda. Exceptional service by caring employees. I do not want to fail to mention the younger courtesy driver that dropped me off at my home and the older gentleman that picked me up. Both were professional and friendly. There was brief contact with a few others like the guy that took my FOB and the cashier that were also kind and friendly. I realize all these individuals were just doing their job and what they were paid to do. I retired from a career that that was customer oriented and they all did what was required to satisfy the customer. Management please take note of this as it is commendable. Please make a gesture of thanks in their behalf perhaps a lunch is in order. I definitely will be back for the next service. Thanks again all. Trevor E

Saib is always fantastic. He made sure I got the shuttle service to get me to work on time and when I brought my other car last time, he found a recall I wasn’t aware of and got the repair done by lunch time. I live in LA but work in OC. Freeway has better prices than the location I go to in LA and nobody beats Saib’s customer service
