Matthew was great. He made a list of the items I need to repair for my car to be its best and provided me quotes for repairs. He helped me prioritize the repairs needed. He pointed out that my power steering fluid was discolored and needs to be drained. He is very professional and thoughtful. I plan to schedule my repairs and have him manage them.

We had an uncomfortable experience. I went in this morning after calling dealers for about a month and a half. My car was having issues with symptoms that was written on the letter I got from my recall, which was a fuel pump. They said they didn’t have that part, but they would diagnose it. They said if it was the fuel pump, go ahead and waive the fee after saying they didn’t have that part all of the sudden “they did have it “they replaced it . So I told him since it was free charge, I shouldn’t have to pay for an inspection. They’ll still they were still charging me 195 I refuse to pay and Matt and his manager starting making me feel really uncomfortable by saying that I did sign to pay . but it’s a recall that’s the only reason why I was going to Honda, because I wanted something to get done about my recall, they did end up waiving off the fee I said they fixed or replaced the fuel pump But I’m still having those symptoms of car hesitation. I feel like Honda should’ve took care of me specially if this was a factory recall, got the letter back in May and my car starting having those symptoms late July still drivable just when I do a quick acceleration starts to hesitate engine light goes on and off for a few seconds. Also talked about my brakes and my tires. also my spark plugs so I am willing to go and fix that in a few weeks when I have some income, but all I wanted at the moment was for them to help me out with the recall with the fuel pump. I hope I did get it replaced the right way.
Spoke to the person who worked on my car part time. He explained that the remaining noise is due condensation and will go away after bit of driving.
I wish the service advisor explained this to me last time. So that I could have saved a trip.
However, the technician helped further by lubricating my sliding door that was behaving erratic . That way visit was not entirely futile.

The issue with noise during breaking was not completely resolved. Had to visit freeway honda again next week.
When I called to fix the appoint again, I told about the problem and no one reached out to me.
