Found an additional problem that was corrected. A service done on time and able to pick up the car by the end of the day. Was able to communicate with Mr Miranda who explained the issue. Was completely satisfied with a Honda service.

Every time I come my automatic head lights and other settings are changed to default, which is hard for me to reset because I am a senior. Please take the time to return the vehicle to the owner in the original settings.

While overall satisfied, i felt loke i had to do all the work for getting updates on my car. This was not directed at Saib, but Oscar. Better communication would be appreciated. Saib called me to let me know what was happening, etc.
