Matt took care to explain to me the issue he found wrong with my windshield wiper reservoir motor, including detailed photos of the damaged area, attempts at fixing it, and while the part unfortunately involved replacement, he took the time to explain what was done so I can feel confident in the repair and service. He also helped with my drop off and pick up from the dealer. Thanks again Matt!

Service invoice says “UPDATED SOFTWARE”. On arrival home from service, car told me to update software. Update did complete successfully, but why didn’t G Zamo update the software?

Incorrect price quoted over the phone for a wheel alignment. Then, the wrong part was listed on invoice resulting in a $200 overcharge. Took 45 minutes for your staff to correct the error I found. I had a miserable experience with Spreen Honda when I purchased the vehicle and you guys aren’t much better. I look forward to no longer having to deal with any Honda dealerships in the future.
