Oscar the service manager was very helpful and explained everything. Also the mechanic Tim has been always working on my vehicle and I trust both my vehicles maintenance as well as care team to both Tim and Oscar.

Everything was great as usual. The only issue I had is when they pulled up my car for me to take home it was filthy! Dirt covered my entire car and there were finger print on my driver side and windows. I brought my car washed and clean and they gave me a filthy car back.

I had an appointment at 9am on January3rd, but my vehicle was taken only at 2pm. Honda Rep did not update the status. Because it was delayed, I have to deny few services. Management need to take vehicles based on how much you can handle and then learn how to honor appointments.
I will not bring my vehicle for service to this location any more. I sm giving zero for my service experience at Freeway Honda.

I am so grateful for Saib and the service he gave me the past two days. He arranged to have me shuttled to and from the dealership when parts had to be ordered and take multiple days to repair (a lifesaver for the shuttle). Saib kept me informed throughout the process. I have several Honda dealerships closer to where I live, but I keep coming back to Freeway Honda because of Saib and his great service. I would recommend Freeway Honda service department (especially Saib) to other Honda owners.
