I’m always happy with your service, BUT today it took 4 hours for a recall inspection. I made this appointment a week before, expecting to spen 2 hours at the most.

It seems like they overbooked today there was so many people in mine and we had to wait about 14 minutes in a car before someone could record the information. It would be nice if they could record this information and then let us wait inside so I feel like we had to repeat that information twice.

Oscar did a great job in arranging the service call to take care of the 2 Recalls on my 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport vehicle. He was able to answer all my questions and the service was completed in a timely manner. I will be returning for future service on my vehicle.
