i would appreciate if they could give me some sort of time frame for how long i’m going to be there for because it’s always different at every honda dealership. sometimes it takes 30 minutes sometimes it takes an hour and a half and i have a set schedule for the day so it’s sort of inconvenient even if i have an appointment every time it fluctuates.
I took my 2024 HRV for oil change they found a very small piece of metal on my tire , immediately call me to replace the tire WRONG , they did it already before but I keep taking the car to your dealer because is close to my house, is not about only $ please do things thinking about what is the best your staff is training just to make money not happy at all , I went
Home remove the small metal and everything is okay , few months ago I got simular case I talk with services manager and he fixed still doing the same TOO BAD
Great service, however it was very busy and took several hours for oil change and shuttle was promised but never came so had to wait on site for 4 hours, no discount was offered but Oscar was great on checking up on me every hour or so.
Shuttle service was excellent I was told the recall would take 4 or 5 hours. It was ready in 5 hours. Thanks

Oscar was awesome. He knows his stuff.He was on top of my vehicle service. I was in and out in no time. He kept me informed of how my vehicle was doing. He brings credit to himself and to Freeway Honda

Great communication and explanation
Matthew is an excellent service representative. He listened patiently while I described unusual symptoms of my car trouble and what I repairs I had invoked to try to resolve the problem. With that history and his and the mechanic’s perseverance, they were able to find an ever so small head gasket leak in my hybrid engine. He relayed this to me and explained the complexity of repair on that type of engine. I have always experienced good service at Honda and Matthew is a prime example of what exceptional service is.
