Oscar and his colleagues were welcoming, prompt and explained thoroughly what needed to be done on this servicing. I was pleased that the car was ready well before the 3-4 hr service time they had originally quoted. Also, I appreciated that, when I came to pick up my car, Oscar made sure to check that I was satisfied with their service.
They told me what services were needed to be performed right away and what could wait.

My email address has always been correct on your system until today when I checked in and told the service advisor that I already changed the cabin and Engine filters and I’m doing my tires somewhere else. My email was miraculously changed to on the check in paperwork.
When I received the vehicle, the passenger side mirror was completely pushed out like it bumped into something.
It was my first time and a pleasant experience. Not pushy, yet informative with the inspection.

Kenya was terrific in inspecting broken side view mirror and getting it installed immediately. So dangerous to drive without it. I am still checking to make sure blind spot indicator is working properly but overall very satisfied with your customer service.

Recall service done very quickly. Thank you to Michael for that. Only issue was when car brought up afterwards, there was a very strong odor of fuel inside the vehicle. I think some fuel was spilled inside of the vehicle. I had to drive my vehicle home with the windows partly down and a/c on to try to get the smell out of the inside of the car. Besides that, everything great!!!!
