Kenya is always wonderful to deal with and this visit was no exception!! She’s friendly and helpful and is great about keeping me informed about how long things should take. Really exceptional service - 15 out of 10 at least!!!

Great experience

Wanted to have someone follow up with me in regards to my car not being released after it's maintenance complete time . I was made to wait 5 hours to have my car released to me after service after I waited in the lobby and had no one notify until 40 min before closing . Had to make arrangements to have someone pick up my child because my car wasn't released. I was asked i f I received a txt which I didn't then was told it was set up for email. In which I was attentive to all emails and not 1 to confirm my car was ready . I took far less time to purchase the car then to complete my service. And they falsified the time my car service time was completed . I registered my car at 11: 38 am and the car plan stated it was completed at 12:45 . I took nearly 5 hours to be notify of my car only because they were about to close . At this point I holf honda liable of what happened to my car. Clearly it must have been missing since it wasn't released to me after the suppose time service stamp . It's upsetting that no one tried to reach at an appropriate time . Yet when I went to ask for the keys All the service member were on their phones and eating on their desks instead of properly attending to guest . How unprofessional on this establishment

She was professional and provided me with the estimate of the cost to repair my vehicle once the issues were found. She informed me when my car was ready and the time available for me to pick up my car.
