Kenya was great, but I only completed 2 of the items on your recommended checklist. My other mechanic was able to do the other work for $500 less. Wish your pricing was more competitive and I wouldn't have to shop around.

The wait time was too long even though I had an appointment on a Monday morning and I was told it shouldn’t take long. My “service advisor” didn’t even tell me that my car was ready, I had to go up to him and apparently my car was ready. He told me the paperwork needed to pay was at the cashier’s so I went to get it. I explained the situation to the cashier Nancy and she was unprofessional. The only helpful person there was the manager (I believe it was) who offered to arrange transportation as I was trying to get back to work. I had already wasted too much time by then.

Miscommunication. Did not specify the issue with my concern, told me one thing at the beginning of our consultation and told me another thing at the end of our consultation so me taking my car and dropping it off, was somewhat of a waste of time. I wanted to address all the issues but all the issues were not addressed
