I called to set up an appointment at 9:15 on a Wednesday. They said it’s not busy now so come in at 10:00. I did and pulled into the service area with no one in front of me. I was greeted immediately and the entire check in process was about 4 minutes. It was my first annual free oil change on my 2025 CRV. The work was completed in 90 minutes and we everyone we encountered provided excellent service.
