I am satisfied with the multi point inspection service and dealing with the recall problem. But I think they forgot that I had asked if the hook for the shade pull up for the window behind the driver’s seat could be replaced. I didn’t ask specifically aso about it when I picked up my car and only realized that nothing was done about it until I returned home. It’s not a big deal but it was never addressed whether it could be replaced or not. Secondly, I asked about the tires on my car having that bad grade. Matthew said that the tires should be replaced & aligned. Can I obtain a quote for that service from Freeway Honda?
