I’ve been here a few times and the service has usually been great. That’s why I keep coming back. But this last visit was disappointing. I asked for the missing windshield washer reservoir clip to be replaced and for the splash shield to be secured. I was told it would be handled, but the clip definitely wasn’t replaced (I checked), and I never got an update about the splash shield. Also, during a previous visit I was told my throttle body needed cleaning, but this time no one followed up on it, which makes me question if it was even checked. On top of that, I was supposed to get a complimentary ride home, but the person who checked me in never added me to the list, so I ended up waiting around for nothing. I’m sharing this because I know your team is capable of great service, but this time things felt overlooked. I hope it was just an off day, because I’d like to keep coming here but I also want to feel confident that I’m being heard and taken care of.
