Erick was great and helpful, no problems with him. However, I am extremely angry at the service I was given. I came in on Saturday for an oil change, and according to the multipoint inspection, I was supposed to have my battery tested and tires rotated. I spent almost $100 and had my car worked on for just under an hour and a half. On Saturday evening, I tried to use my car, and my battery was dead! I had to get AAA to come install a new battery while I was stranded at my apartment. And the battery was dead, so clearly y'all did not test it or even attempt to provide me with that service. And on Monday, as I'm driving to work, my car is shaking terribly on the highway. So I call Freeway Honda, and you rotated my tires, but didn't balance them! If you're already rotating them during the multipoint inspection, just balance them! So I get off work Monday, and you can't squeeze me in for a tire balance, and it's $25 per tire! So another $100 just to balance the tires that you already rotated! So what did I pay for? What did you guys do? Take some oil out and put new oil in for $100? Absolutely criminal and such a disservice to me. At least offer to balance them at the store if you're going to charge me for it. And don't say you're testing my battery if you're not even going to do that. Very unprofessional and really put me in a crappy spot with being stranded, having to take off work, etc.

Teresa Hiilstead really help me with my car service. Someone who is helpful & kind, who listen to your needs, and ask for a small repair & she deliver. Kenya truly exceeded customer service expectations by providing a detailed explanation of the maintenance report. As a result, I walked away with new tires for my 2017 CRV Honda. Additionally, Kenya took the time to resolve a persistent issue with my iPhone’s USB connector, which kept disconnecting. My iPhone was covered in dirt, but after cleaning, it’s functioning perfectly.

When picking up my Car on April 12, 2025. I had a very unpleasant experience getting my car from a very aggressive employee, named JOE ZINNO. His big “ego” and aggressiveness got in the way of helping me and from me, selling my car to Freeway Honda.
