This was the second time that the representative forgot to call me to tell me what was critically recommended. I got there on time for my 12:20 appointment and was told to wait in the lobby. The rep called me at 12:58pm to say that a B1 service was recommended per the service light. I agreed to that service. I waited until 3:20 (3hrs from our appt time) to ask someone for update. The car had been ready but the rep never called to tell me what services were critically recommended so I could decide whether or not to do them. There was at least 1 service that I would have immediately said yes to but it was too late. The excuse for the 2nd time was that the rep had been on lunch. I understand that everyone deserves their lunch break but why schedule appointments when everyone goes on lunch when you have the customer waiting in the lobby. Now im going to be concerned about that critical service that needs to get done immediately. Honestly, I plan on finding another mechanic for future repairs.
The service was great and my advisor gave me a time my car would be done and he was pretty much right on time. Thank you!
As a continuous customer of your establishment I was greatly disappointed with this particular appointment I arrived at 7:48am for a 8am appointment time for service. At 9:25 I inquired about update. At this point the service advisor went outside jump into my vehicle and proceeded to drive it into the service area. I was as appald to find out that it was only after I requested an update and after almost 2 hours that my vehicle was going to get a 20 minute service. I was left with a very bad experience. Thank you
