He also followed up promptly with additional information and updates. Additionally, he assisted in arranging a rental vehicle, knowing that I would be without my car for four days. I scheduled my service appt < 1 day ahead of time. I was somehow able to get in at 7am, the tech diagnosed my problem almost immediately, the parts were available, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. My service advisor, Genaro, was with me all through the process. Great work & visit!!
