Checking in on average is more than 20 minutes, that’s with an appointment Nobody even greets you.
I went to get my car key replaced. Fine an hour and a half. Adrian was nice and respectful. 2pm promise time came and I saw my car was ready. It wasn’t until 2:45ish no text no call. My car was done around the promise time. However no call no text. Turned out he went to lunch (no fault of his) and yet I waited almost another hour until I spoke up. It was cool the manager waved the labor cost but still. Y’all do a great job overall I just consider this a hiccup. Not a big deal the manager was cool. Adrain was cool too. I just don’t like wasting my time. Can always make more money but we all can’t make more time. I do appreciate all of your hard work!

Wanted to reset info system because we have been unable to do ourselves following directions. When we picked up car asked if it was able to be reset he checked with tech and it was not. Service wrier Adrian made an attempt but said this is “GM” system and not sure it could be done without “bricking the car” this is not satisfactory for Honda product regardless of who made the system.
They are very helpful and always made sure that i was helped and explained everything in detail. Patient and accomodating

Awesome experience with Sam! It’s rare to find a service writer who is also a true car enthusiast. He knows my Civic Si inside and out and always takes the time to explain what’s going on with my car. I really value his advice on keeping it in top shape. If you care about your car, Sam is the guy to see. He is really passionate of the Honda brand and I really respect that... I will definitely be coming back.
The service was great everyone was helpful and friendly, the dealership was very clean and well organized overall it was a good experience, 90+ min was a little long for oil change but you were quite busy.
