They said eta for the service to be done was at 11 they called at 10:30 asking questions after i answered their questions they said saying it would be about another 20 mins and that they would call when it’s ready so I headed back over to dealership to get my car waited and waited in lobby never got the call or text saying that it was ready didn’t think much of it at 1st 11:30 came by got tired of waiting called to get an update they said my advisor was with another customer and would give me a call when he could another 30 mins went by still no call so I go find someone at service desk they flagged down my advisor and he immediately called valet to bring my car around don’t know if it was lack of communication with me or if my car got delayed but by time I got my car it was almost 12:30 about 2 HRs after they had said about 20 mins

No comment, it’s very good.

I am very pleased with Ram and his team who were able to duplicate the issue with my 2017 Pilot. Turns out the motor mounts were worn out and that what I was feeling when I would accelerate. It was a little pricey but it needed to be done. Thanks again.
