We feel frustrated that such a major repair came up within 5 months of our major 100,000 mile over $2,500 service on a car that is only 9 years old and has been painstakingly maintained. Perhaps this is not a service issue, but a general Honda quality issue. We’ve been Honda owners since 1984 and are disappointed.
David was very communicative on what I was being charged for and the length of time it’ll take to complete the services. Very happy with his level of professionalism!
