Samuel Tung was very helpful! He explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Anytime there was a change, he notified me and explained what would be different. He even brought me some snacks while I waited and gave me a great recommendation for nearby food! 5 stars for Samuel!!

All was good. Shuttle service very helpful. Service spelled out well. Only 1 thing: reported nail or object in rear tire....asked, no response, to whether it could be checked for patch up. I had that done this weekend elsewhere. All in all service is usually very good.
