Unfortunately my tire rotation wasn’t performed due to an over torqued lug nut from my past service which was also from the same dealer ship (Norm Reeves Honda West Covina) and not enough time because I booked my service near closing time. Hopefully they’ll get to fix the problem next time I schedule for my service.

Worst interaction I had. I rather pay more elsewhere and get great service then go back to West Covina service department only good thing I could complement is the porters they have a better work ethic than both advisors I dealt with today

Each time I have had windshield glass repair. I have been told that the glass guys would be there when I arrive. I have been lied to 3 times. I’m getting tired of being told they will be there and then waiting for hours. It would be better if they told me the truth, that the guys don’t really have a schedule and they come when they want to come and I am at the Mercy. At least then I would know what to expect.
