The service representative was on time, knew the services I needed and was very positive and cheerful person. The positive experience was beyond my expectations, I was almost embarrassed to drive my vehicle to the service because I had not had a chance to wash it and when I received it back it was spotless.

I am new to San Diego and was nervous about taking my car to a new dealer. I met Oscar and instantly he made me feel so welcome! He explained my paperwork and service in detail. No rush even on a Saturday where he was clearly busy. Additionally Oscar made sure my car was clean and called as promised when ready to pick up. I cannot think of a single thing he could have done to make me feel so comfortable. Girls are often afraid of service appointments. Not anymore! Thank you
Intermittent electrical issues not addressed because it wasn’t duplicated. I have video of the events, but it didn’t matter.
I picked up truck on Saturday…. Took 45min to get due to lunch breaks and rental car schedule different from MKB schedule.
Lastly, my tailgate has the exact same issues that I brought it in for. I have video of the tailgate not opening … not that it matters, as previously captured problems on video weren’t addressed.

Once again Kevin exceeds our expectations and makes feel like one of the family.
This time even the person who brought the truck up from the service area was on point he was engaging in our conversation about the truck he was floored when I showed him what my best mpg was with the 3.0 diesel babymax.
Then Frank my salesman who we as a family are appreciative to know came over once he saw us and we spoke with all three for a few minutes but it felt much longer. This alone makes our time at MKB fun, light hearted and comforting.
