I’ve always been satisfied with the service But this time I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a oil change in my car was done for a half an hour and I had to go ask the service rep if my car was ready

I was impressed with Erick's commitment to EXCELLENT service! He kept notifying me every step of the way, on the progress that was made on my car. When my car was ready to come home, he made the necessary arrangements for me to come to your dealership.I felt that I was in good hands from beginning to end!

I purchased my truck from MKB in July 2015. The truck has never been anyplace else, MKB serviced the vehicle the last 7 years. Some experiences have been great, some not so much, especially the last few visits. After Saturday’s visit, I no longer consider myself a MKB customer. I have a number of reasons. I think it is sad that Oscar has to explain to your customers why the mechanics on your staff ****. After arranging a pick up of my vehicle after hours (kudos to Oscar) I arrive and start my vehicle to find that my check engine light is on (it was not on prior to dropping it off). I took a picture of my check engine light, odometer, and your sign in the background. Additionally upon investigation of the new dash board (the one your mechanic broke while completing a recall ) oh and the one I had to pay $250 for based on the fact that Oscar's boss did not provide him with sufficient information. I discovered the other piece of the dashboard that connects into the one that was replaced is now broken in 2 places. There is an obvious gap between the 2 pieces. My frustration is that the tech obviously broke something and did not come clean, then to park the car with the check engine light on and say it is good to go. The super frustrating part is that I had to come out of pocket $250 in order to solve a problem that your tech caused in the first place. Then to have additional issues (additional broken piece and check engine light). These actions do not seem to align with the "100% completely satisfied customers 100% of the time" mantra that is included in your company's letterhead. I hereby request a refund of $250 for insufficient and inadequate maintenance procedures that were performed on my vehicle. I don't think that it is unreasonable to assume that if you are asking for money in return for a service, that it would come inherently with a level of satisfaction and completeness. I welcome the opportunity to discuss any issue with you further if necessary. Oh and the check engine light had 4 codes associated with it:P057C, P2122, P2127, and P2128.

Not the best attention to customer service. Had an appointment, but sat in my car in the driveway for at least 10-15 minutes until I was seen, even though there were very few cars before me. While waiting to be helped many employees were socializing, standing around, and even used inappropriate language. Once I was getting checked in, the overall attitude and feeling was just of necessity, not care for the job or impression the customer was receiving. Not an extremely confident feeling. I was even asked if I had a prepaid maintenance plan, which I did, but those are details that should already be in my file in the system as a returning customer of many times. And a 2 hour wait in the lounge for an oil change is a long time.

Jason Moreno made my experience exceptional . He was like knowledgeable about everything that had to do with the car and very professional. I’ve always hated dealerships but I can honestly say I will be back for oil changes and any additional work that needs to be done with my Escalade and that all because of Jason . He really put me at ease . Thank you MKB!
