Jason was excellent. Took care of me right when i arrived although I believe someone else was assign to my vehicle...he was polite, kind and knowledgeable .arranged my Lyfs and explained the additional work that was teccommended and included estimates .. very impressed!

Chris Elliot was amazing. He was thorough and took care of my cars needs and made sure I was taken care of while I waited for my oil change. He made the process easy. He definitely went above and beyond to make my visit exceptional.

I feel that is really important that the people in the service department uses mask. I don't feel comfortable by someone driving my car without mask

The guy who helped us couldn’t find the wheel lock and he made it seem like the car was really dirty and that we didn’t have the lock. when really the car lock was in the right place and my daughter cleaned out the car before she got there and it really stressed us out how he was complaining about not finding the lock in the car being dirty I’m not happy about that. My son had to drive all the way out there just show the guy that the lock was in the right place. I purchased two cars from you guys within the last year and I expect better service.

The absolute worst Cadillac service on the west coast you had my car 11 days you didn’t look at it until day 9 then said the parts are on back order after I made an appointment. Then you tried to charge me 1300+ to fix one head light ? Thieves
