Luis did fine. Prior to him I had Jared Johnson helping me and I was less than impressed. He was let go and there seemed to be a week or so transition where nobody was working in my car or situation. This definitely extended my 2+ month time that my car was in for service. Several times I found it hard to get answers about what was going on with my car or even get a call back, including from the service center manager, Larry. I was told different things at different times about when my car would be ready and about my courtesy vehicle. The rental car situation was ridiculous, despite the rental car center and service center being literal steps away from each other they apparently do not communicate at all. I just got my car back so I don’t know how it will run but my hopes are not high. Also my battery died because it sat at the service center do so long yet I was a charged for a new battery. Overall I would rate my experience as exceptionally poor.

MKB not only overcharged me for entirely wrong diagnostic ($600), they held my truck hostage for almost 3 weeks and with no perspective of service I was forced to cancel service and seek for help in different repair shop. MKB is unable to provide basic service but they are more than happy to kill you with their rates. I'm extremely disappointed and unhappy with their greedy negligence.
