I scheduled my truck for an oil change and then realized it needed it’s 30,000 mile service. I asked if the truck could get washed as well. My husband picked the truck up the following day. I had checked on the truck with my GMC app before he came to pick it up. All tires were 9-12 pounds OVERINFLATED. Texted Jason and asked him to fix that before pick up. He did. They weren’t even but had less air. No one even checked his ID or asked his name when my husband came to get the truck. He was very surprised, tried to show his license but wasn’t necessary. My truck was dirtier then when I dropped it. DEF fluid looked like it had exploded in the gas door. Greasy fingerprints all around the gas door, both driver side doors, and white (again looked like DEF fluid all over the inside of the drivers door, steering wheel, front seat… needless to say, it was a mess. Never got washed. It was an $800 service and that is how I get my truck back??? Pretty lame.

The service provided by Luis Castelan was excellent and the work was done well. The problem; however, was when I paid the bill. I used my credit card to pay the bill of $891.07. The cashier, Stephanie Cullen, said the payment did not go through. I showed her my bank visa statement on my phone that showed the payment had been applied to my credit card. Miss Cullen would not accept this. I ended up having to pay the bill again with my debit card. I went to my bank branch after leaving and the bank confirmed that I was charged twice for the same service. I have been going to MKB for all my vehicle needs for several years and I have not had a problem until now. I would like a call back and some assistance on resolving this issue.

Jason Moreno is fantastic! Unfortunately however, the service tech was unable to find the cause of the intermittent non-acceleration problem.

My appointment was at 9am and I arrived at 9am. I was not seen until 9:50 am. No one came to let me know it was going to take awhile to be seen, even though I could see some of the employees looking my way and wondering why I was still sitting in my car. I asked several times why this was taking so long. One employee told me it was because my service tech had to take a client who did not have an appointment. Shouldn't be have waited and not me? Eric finally got to me and was not apologetic. The service was not up to par. Was very disappointed with the service at Marvin K Brown.
