Vanessa did a great job making me feel welcome, informing me exactly what would be done to the vehicle, approximate duration and even provided a courtesy car wash! Vehicle was ready at scheduled time and I was notified. All good!

I made an appointment with Grace, weeks in advance. I take the day off that day because I was going to be without a vehicle. I scheduled for an oil change, 2 new tires, a detail wash, a checkup on my a/c and my touchscreen. I get there Wednesday at 7:15, and I get told by Jason Moreno that I didn't have an appointment scheduled. He said he could squeeze in an oil change and the tires, but would have to ask about the detail wash, to see if they would be able to fit me in. I was upset, because I took the day off to make sure we had time to put some care into my vehicle. I even forgot to ask a out the A/C and my touchscreen, even though I told Grace everything I wanted done to my vehicle. Jason Moreno apologized, but it felt inadequate to me. I won't go here anymore for maintenance on my vehicle. Nothing was done to really show my they were apologetic. They got the maintenance done, and sent me on my way. Zero effort in trying to correct your mistake, or make me feel appreciated. I'll be taking my vehicle somewhere else.
