Quote was $79 for an oil change, then I received an invoice for over $400… so I questioned it and was told it was a mistake, but then was charged $129. Then was told the cost of oil went up. I have BBC always had good service from you … don’t care for this tactic. I’ll probably find an independent company to use going forward.

I love my 2000 OLDS Silhouette Van. My husband and I purchased it from the MKB Dealership in about 2001 as a used vehicle. I wanted it repaired but the cost was too high and wasn't realistic in today's market! Since I am a widow now, I didn't feel the repair cost was too much. Thank you, N. Karen P

Chris did not listen my needs. He wanted to charge things that literally I told him not to do it. I received my car dirtier. Lack of customer service.
