Some issues were not completed or what I came in for truck took too long for what they told me it was originally going to be there for the communication was not there from the technician to the front desk to me it felt like I had to reach out more times the needed it should not be the customers responsibility calling asking questions about if they have parts and when will the vehicle be done found mechanics tools left in vehicle in places that were completely dangerous by the brake pedal of the vehicle

Service was horrible this time around. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION FROM Jason Moreno and Craig White the manager. Still waiting for a call from Craig or the owner to report the **** communication. Our guy corky retired and they gave us Jason Moreno. We brought our vehicle in for an oil change and 3 warranty items. Well, it took over a month to handle! I understand a week, 2 weeks, by the 3rd week we were calling and no one was calling us back to the point we escalated the issue to the manager who said he would call us back and never did. Not once, not twice, but three different occasions he said he would call and never did. " I will call you between 8-830am" tomorrow", no call! We called to ask for his manager and the lady said phones were down? HMMM, this place is covering for his lack of? Left numerous messages and no call. The **** part is Jason finally called and ate the whole situation and said our vehicle is ready for pick but only 2 of the 3 tickets were done. What the ****!? That's frustrating, we asked about the 3rd item and he said oops i forgot, i will call right now, took him 5 minutes and then said they can do it and it will be ready tomorrow at 1pm. Why did it take over a month, when he got it done in 5 minutes? He also said he would get it hand washed, NOPE, didnt happen. Far worst experience ever. Manager is hiding, I would like service voucher for next time or a credit. I was out of my vehicle for over a month. I requested a rental and Jason bever got back to us.
Kevin was top notch with providing me with customer service and taking care of my issue. The only fault is that the service department is so back logged with diesel truck service that’s it’s not easy getting appointments.
