MKB emailed me to advise that an oil change and tire rotation were needed. Using that email from MKB I set an appointment for 2:00PM on the 12th. I arrived at 1:45 and an employee checked me in, placed a number on the windshield and took the keys. At 2:35, I go out to the drive and find my car exactly where I left it! The service employee said they didn’t know what needed to be done, and that they had no phone number or email address for me!!! First item: somebody didn’t have enough common sense to check the waiting room; where I was sitting for 35 minutes thinking my car was being worked on. Item 2. “No email address or phone number on file!!! YOU FOLKS CONTACTED ME BY EMAIL. At least a half dozen email communications already exchanged.

Oscar was very friendly & professional. He got me in & out with no issues. Good communication through the process. Although Oscar was the name & primary face I saw, your entire crew was friendly & professional. The gentleman that first greeted me when I pulled up started things off in the right direction. Service was done sooner than I expected & heard from Oscar actually before it was done to tell me it would be done sooner than thought. Truck was very clean from wash. Oscar got me out quickly when I picked it up. With all that your entire crew had to be on point. Thank you!
