This is the second time I received my car back with something wrong and I need to return back to have it fixed. When I went for my original appointment they did not have a rental reservation for me.l had to come back another trip to have a rental car. Kevin was helpful getting me the car the second time. When I was called that my car was ready my buttons on my door were not properly put back in so now I need to take back again! It’s frustrating having my car worked on and feeing the techs don’t pay attention to detail to make sure it’s correct.
Luis Castelan is an excellent service manager. He let me know what was happening with my car. He texted me and answered calls in a timely manner.
Vehicle was dropped off Monday and promised to be ready in 3 days. No updates were given. Multiple phone calls and voicemails left unanswered. No communication was made. This is to fix a recurring issue- an issue that was supposedly resolved few months back plus an additional issue. Spoke to another service personnel that advised me my vehicle has not been attended to, in 5 days as only the oil change was completed. There has been multiple issues on my new Cadillac Escalade and although I do not fault the service department for the manufacturing of the vehicle- the manner in which it was handled was inconsiderate and unprofessional. After 7 days- picking up the vehicle, although Jason stated he will be present, he didn’t have the courtesy to come out to greet us. We were told he was still at work by another employee. Felt ignored and offended by the rude and ill mannered way it was all handled.
