You took forever and it didn't seem like you were going to get it done any faster. So I gave up and picked my car up Don't tell me to bring my car in down to the minute on a Monday and then not even look at it until Friday. Absurdly bad
While Oscar Monroy was very professional and courteous, I'm very upset about the fact that when I asked him, upon arrival of my appointment, if I could have a loaner car he told me no. He told me my car would need to be kept for 5-7 days. The actual number of days ended up being 10 days due to weekends and the 4th of July holiday. This presented me with a hardship trying to work without an automobile. I have my own business and had to borrow two vehicles from a family member and a friend. When I went to pay my bill (oil change), I mentioned to Stephanie that I'm relieved to get my car back since it was such a long, difficult time and I had to borrow two cars. She was stunned that I hadn't been offered a loaner since my car is still under warranty and the repairs were covered under the warranty "bumper to bumper". I told her that I had asked about a loaner, but was told no. My husband and I purchased our car from MKB because we felt that we would be buying a luxury car and would be given superior customer service and I'm feeling a little underwhelmed right now. There is another little issue as well. When we first purchased our car we were told that we'd get a "free" oil change. When I first brought my car in I was going to have oil change, but my husband decided to go ahead a do the oil change. Then Covid happened and I wasn't able to bring car in to get my "free" oil change. I asked Oscar about the "free" oil change and was told that offer expired, so I never received my so called "free" oil change.
