Chris was very welcoming for my walk up service. He came from inside offices to greet me. I found him efficient and thoughtful enough to come grab me when my escalade was finished. He made me comfortable and was warm even without having an appointment. He is an excellent part of your service team.
Zero communication, had my yukon for 5 days and didn't even look at my yukon. I picked it up and nothing was resolved. Sean's voice mail is full ca t leave a message, he never responded to the text messages, and never took my call. Absolutely the worst care I've experienced at a dealership

I decided to wait with my car while it was being serviced. I didn't have breakfast before my appointment and thought I will just eat at the deli. No more deli just awful snack machines. I loved that deli. My car service was ok but the young man left for lunch and someone else helped me. I request a follow up call about the findings and suggestions but did not receive a f/u.
Sean is and always was an AMAZING servicer, his customer service skill and communication are key and he is ALWAYS Friendly, and on top of his job. I recommend a raise or a higher position. If it weren’t for him MKB would have lost me as a customer. I’ve been with GM for over 20 years. Thank you, you need more like him.

Great service! Greeted right away as I pulled up to the service line. Staff were attentive and helpful. Way better service than South county Buick. My service advisor was great and he was able to add an oil change with my mirror repair.
There is a serious leak in the area of the power steering pump installation made last week. I am bringing the GMC Acadia in on Friday morning to see if the leak is able to be fixed quickly or whether we have to leave it with you for detailed repairs.
