There were only a couple items that surfaced at the very end upon me picking up the car. 1. I mentioned to Sean at the beginning of this experience that I had a coupon given to me at the time of my purchase of the extended warranty for replacing the front wipers at no charge. I got the bill for the wipers. I presented the coupon to Sean. He took my coupon immediately to the service manager. I watched the expression on the service mgr's face as he shook his head side-to-side from outside the SM's office. The error was not corrected. Sean came back and told me that I'll have to wait till the newly installed wipers fail before i can get them replaced, at least a year...#2 question regarded the "lurching" of the vehicle from a dead stop upon acceleration. The reason given by Sean was that the old battery low load test "could have been the cause of the lurching". Time will tell. I felt that explanation a little too simplified... That's it. Kevin was fantastic. He kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. He was able to get me a discount on a service I wanted done. He was pleasant to work with, was very professional. He is an asset to MKB. He made me want to come back for sure.

My appointment was 10:30 and I waited. I did receive my vehicle until 1:50 4 hrs and 20 minutes late for oil change and tire rotation to include a wash. Other than that the service was good.
